Our Gloucestershire promoting Positive Relationships Service is excited to be recruiting a Domestic Abuse Behavioural Change Advisor and Group Facilitator.

The Positive Relationships Service provides a range of interventions and support to help people using abusive behaviour to make changes and have healthy relationships in future. In addition the service supports the non abusive partner to stay safe.
The Behaviour Change Advisor role involves the delivery of group work twice a week in the evenings in Gloucestershire and the provision of 1-2-1 support with people not suitable or not yet suitable for the accredited programme. The 1-2-1 support will be culturally flexible, appropriate, accessible and equitable to people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, abilities and sexual orientations. The role will also include service promotion, assessment and 1-2-1 support in other localities for one day per week.

Salary: £23,023 to 25,280 pro rata (per annum)
Hours: 28- 32 hours including 2 evenings a week

Positive Relationships Gloucestershire (PRG) Support Practitioner
This role is part of the commissioned Gloucestershire Positive Relationships Service. This role will ensure that clients referred to the service receive appropriate support in a timely manner and will involve provision of programme suitability assessments with clients, occasional brief 1-2-1 support and additional administrative duties as required. This role will also include responsibilities of service promotion, awareness raising, assessments and 1-2-1 support across the county and at locality bases in the Forest of Dean and Cotswolds at regular intervals. There may be additional opportunities for sessional programme delivery of other programmes. This is an office and community based role with limited opportunities for home working
