Executive Director

Fran has been the Executive Director of Splitz Support Service since its inception in 1989 and is knowledgeable about Charity Law, Company Law and Employment Law. She is an active member of the County Domestic Violence Strategy Group and is a driving force with Domestic Violence services in the County. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. For eight years she served the community through her role as Town and District Councillors and remains a trustee of several local charities. Fran was awarded an MBE for services to single parents and victims of domestic violence in the Queen's Birthday Honours in 2010. Fran has been married to the same man for over 30 years; has three adult children, four grandchildren and four cats.

Louise spent 12 years as an RAF officer before working for a local charity where she was providing training as well as developing procedures for the fast growing charity. She started with Splitz first as a consultant in 2003, then as an employee in 2004. Louise has experience as a trustee for a charity in Glasgow specialising in drug, alcohol and housing issues.
