Our Devon and Torbay services are excited to be recruiting a Service Manager, and are looking for a passionate and skilled leader to join our experienced and supportive team. Splitz specialises in the well being of our staff and all post holders are provided with independent clinical supervision alongside professional development supervision. We offer 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays and the opportunity for some home working.
We are looking for candidates for this post to be able to manage community based domestic abuse services in Devon supporting adult victims, children and perpetrators with a service user led focus.

Young Persons' Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (Northern Devon)
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic Young Persons’ IDVA to work 37 hours per week based in our North Devon office.
The role will be covering Northern Devon and there will be opportunities to work at home.

Assessment and Early Intervention Support Worker (Exeter, Devon)
We are looking for a full time Helpdesk worker based in our Exeter office. The role will need to be part office based and part home based under current Covid-19 restrictions. You will be part of an experienced team providing high quality advice, guidance and support to victims of domestic violence, enabling them to live safely.
You should have proven experience and qualifications in support work with knowledge of domestic violence issues and also have previous IT administration experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy in areas of spelling, grammar and punctuation.
