Each project has its own eligibility criteria. However, in general, if you live in Wiltshire or Swindon and are in need of support we will try our best to help you.
We do not provide crisis services. There will be a wait for each project before a worker is available. However, you can receive some telephone support while you are waiitng. We will call you back if you cannot afford the call.

No. We can meet you at a safe place of your choosing or we can meet you at your home.
No. Our services are free. We are funded from a variety of sources including Comic Relief and BBC Children in Need.
Splitz offices are open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed at weekends and during public holidays. Our support workers generally operate between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, but may be available outside these time by mutual arrangement.
Yes. We need to keep a certain amount of information about you in order to assess your needs and provide you with the best service we can.
Yes. Everything you tell us is confidential. We will not share this information with anyone without your consent, unless we have reason to believe that someone is in danger or a criminal offence is being committed, or we are required to do so by law. We will share some statistical information with our funders.
