However, in general, if you live in Wiltshire and are in need of support we will try our best to help you. Is there a waiting list?No. We try to deal with your needs within 10 working days but when demand is high there may be a delay. If we expect a long delay we will let you know so that you can have the opportunity to seek other support or let us know if you wish to wait. How do I refer myself?You can complete the online referral form or see the contact page for oher ways of getting in touch. Do I need to come to you?No. We can meet you at a safe place of your choosing or we can meet you at your home. Will it cost me anything?No. Our services are free. We are funded from a variety of sources including the Big Lottery, Comic Relief, and BBC Children in Need. When are you open?Splitz is open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed at weekends and during public holidays. Our support workers generally operate between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Do you keep records about me?Yes. We need to keep a certain amount of information about you in order to assess your needs and provide you with the best service we can. Is the information confidential?Yes. Everything you tell us is confidential. We will not share this information with anyone without your consent, unless we have reason to believe that someone is in danger or a criminal offence is being committed, or we are required to do so by law. |
