Community4

Community4 is a consortium of 4 voluntary and community sector organisations: Splitz Support Service, Westlea Housing Association, Drugs and Homeless Initiative and Alabaré Christian Care Centres.

We are contracted to deliver the Housing Related Floating Support service across Wiltshire on behalf of Wiltshire County Council. This service is funded by Supporting People.
