Business Plan

Our trustees endorsed our business plan for 2008-2013; however, we aim to update this plan in 2011.
Our business plan captures the main goals for the charity in a number of categories:
- Provide and develop the right service
- Provide our staff, volunteers and trustees with the right training to develop the right skills
- Achieve appropriate quality marks
- Building successful partnerships
- Manage finances to provide sustainability
- Governance and leadership
- Marketing
- Fundraising
Our plan includes a number of performance indicators, which are reviewed annually by the trustees.
We will review our plan in the Summer of 2011. For the review we will include input from staff, volunteers, service users and other stakeholders.
